Questions sellers ask first.
I already use Klaviyo. Do I still need this?
Yes. Klaviyo can’t deliver files. Afterflow sends the delivery email, hosts the download page and runs the follow-ups on its own. Already use Klaviyo for your newsletter? Keep it. If you like, Afterflow can also tell Klaviyo who downloaded and who didn’t.
Will it change my store or theme?
No. Nothing on your storefront changes. Afterflow listens for paid orders and takes it from there.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes. Install the app, tick which products are files and upload them. Your next order gets the new delivery email.
What happens if a customer loses their link?
They type their email on your recovery page and get their links again within seconds. No email to you.
I don’t sell on Shopify.
Then Afterflow isn’t for you yet. It’s a Shopify app and only works with Shopify stores.
How do I know it’s paying for itself?
Your dashboard shows the sales that came back through Afterflow emails, in dollars, next to your total. Compare that number with $29 a month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days, with everything included. That’s long enough for the full follow-up flow to run on real orders, so you see what comes back before you pay. Uninstall during the trial and you’re never charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Shopify. No contract. Uninstall the app and nothing is charged after that.
